Eternal Father once again I come before for you in total adoration; Giving you all Honor, Glory and Praise for granting me another opportunity to speak your Word to your people GOD. It is in the name of Jesus that I ask to be forgiven of any iniquities and transgressions. Father restore me to the righteousness that is in your Son and my Savior Christ Jesus, and use me today for your Glory. Allow the truth to manifest itself from you through me for the edification of the people, and as always thank you LORD for your faith in me; In Jesus name, Amen.

“My sheep hear my voice and I know them, and they follow me: And I give them eternal life: and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” John 10:27-28

The words spoken by Christ Jesus in these verses of scripture are profound, powerful, and promising. Here we find Jesus answering the question posed to Him by the Jews while he was on the porch of Solomon’s Temple. They were asking Him how long he was going to make them doubt him being the Christ, the Messiah that was prophesied in the Old Testament. Jesus answered them with such wisdom and authority that the Jews sought to stone Him and take Him captive, however Jesus escaped and went back to the Jordan river where He was baptized by John the Baptist.

Now, the question remains for us are we the Sheep that hear the voice of Jesus and follow Him or are we liken to the Jews and want to dismiss His true identity of being the Son of GOD and Our Lord and Savior. Jesus stated in the scripture “and I know them, and they follow me” Glory be to GOD for these powerful eight words spoken by Christ. This is a reason to pause reading right now and Praise GOD for knowing us personally. Glory Hallelujah, Glory Hallelujah:

How promising is it to know that in Jesus Christ there is life everlasting, and no man can take that away from us. We may lose all our worldly possessions, our friends and our family, but thank GOD for Jesus Christ and the benefit of hearing His voice and following Him. How refreshing it is to have GOD’S Insurance Plan, the one that will never be canceled. When we look at the way the world has changed and the instability of our society. We need to be able to hear from Christ and follow His direction, especially in this season.

I urge the Church to rest from their labor during this season, and listen for the voice of the LORD to lead. It is absolutely necessary that we become hearers of the WORD. 5″Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths. 7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart for evil.” Proverbs 3:5-7 Resting from our labor does not mean to stop doing the necessary business of Ministry, what is being said is to place more emphasis on Studying the Word of GOD, Fasting, Praising GOD, Worshiping Him and most importantly Praying to the Lord GOD Almighty.

1″Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.” Psalm 1:1-2
